Job Title: NBH @ Night Helpline Team Member

Salary: £12.60 day rate £15.69 night rate London weighting to apply for London applicant (FTE £30,595.50 please note this is the FTE equivalent salary for 37.5 hours at night rate per week but the salary will include some hours at day rate)

Number of Posts: Up to 6

Type of Contract: Fixed term until 31/03/2026

Start Date: Asap for Training – Job start date 23/06/2025

Hours of Work: Ad hoc OR Min 12.5h NIGHT per week, 5 hours DAY per month

Working Pattern: Min 2 x 6.25 hour shifts per week, between the hours of 21:15 and 09:45, rota’d based on stated availability. PLUS five hours per month daytime to account for supervision, line management, training and admin. OR Ad hoc 6.25 hour shifts and daytime hours as required

Work Location: Remote

Responsible to: NBH @ Night Manager

Closing Date: 27/05/2025

Proposed Interview Date: REMOTE, 3/6/25-9/6/25

Job Information: NBH@Night is moving into its second year after a successful pilot year. We are looking for experienced Level 3 or equivalent breastfeeding peer supporters to join our expanding team and increase capacity overnight, allowing us to support a growing number of women and families.
