DBS/PVG required: Yes (BfN will arrange this at no cost to volunteers)

Course information: The Breastfeeding Network are commissioned by Portsmouth City Council to provide breastfeeding peer support services across the city of Portsmouth. We are looking to recruit a cohort of volunteers to support alongside our existing team.

Priority will be given to candidates who are able to commit to volunteering in the PO1 – P06 area for at least a year. Volunteer expenses will only be paid while traveling in PO1 -PO6.

There is no childcare available for this course. Babes in arms are welcome to come with you. Due to the training location there may be restrictions on older children attending but if this is a barrier to you applying, please get in touch to discuss further
