Course venue: Hybrid Course of 5 face to face and 8 Zoom sessions.

Proposed interview date (if applicable): Thursday 2nd October 2025 11.30am-1.30pm

DBS/PVG required: Yes (BfN will arrange this at no cost to volunteers)

Course information: The BfN project in South and East Hampshire has received National Lottery funding to train a cohort of Breastfeeding Network volunteers to provide peer support alongside weekly breastfeeding groups across the area. These groups are in a variety of venues.

Following completion of the training and registration with the Breastfeeding Network, volunteers will be expected to provide weekly support to families in their local community.

Fareham

East Hampshire (Bordon, Petersfield, Clanfield etc)

Havant (Hayling Island, Waterlooville etc)

Gosport
