Course Title: Helpers (Dorset BCP)

  • 11th June (Intro call)
  • 18th June
  • 25th June
  • 9th July
  • 23rd July in person
  • 6th August
    —–(then a 5 week gap)—–

  • 24th September

Assignments to be completed by: 31/09/2024

Course venue: Online via Zoom. One in person session on Tuesday 23rd July.

Closing date for applications: 21/05/2024 (extended from 14/05/2024)

Proposed interview date (if applicable): Online via Teams, 28th May, time TBC

DBS/PVG required: Yes (BfN will arrange this at no cost to volunteers)

Course information:
Would you like to join our team and volunteer for The Breastfeeding Network in Bournemouth, Poole or Christchurch?

We are looking for people to train and volunteer in the following areas:

  • Boscombe
  • Somerford
  • Rossmore
  • Old Town, Poole
  • Kinson & West Howe
  • Townsend
  • Turlin Moor

On successful completion of the course you will gain a level 2 Open College Network qualification & become a registered Breastfeeding Network Volunteer.

There is no cost to volunteers to attend this course.

Children may join you if required, and we understand that children may be present in the background of our group discussion/interview.
