Thinking of Breastfeeding?

Whether you are pregnant or you have just had a baby and are thinking of breastfeeding, getting off to the best possible start is so important.

This section includes information you may find useful to help you prepare and may also help to answer some of the questions you might have.

You might also find our leaflets and publications useful. If you want to talk about any of the topics covered here in more detail, you could contact the National Breastfeeding Helpline to speak to a registered Breastfeeding Supporter. The National Breastfeeding Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on 0300 100 0212 or via social media 9:30am to 9:30pm. Webchat is also available.
