The Breastfeeding Network Portsmouth (PO1-PO6)
Our team of peer supporters and volunteers are here to support you throughout your feeding journey. Pregnant, combination feeding, expressing, exclusively breastfeeding, chestfeeding, newborn, toddler, ending your breastfeeding journey, debriefing feelings about a previous journey, whatever your situation we are here for you and everyone is welcome.
All our support is offered free of charge and we have both virtual and face-to-face options available.
Details of all our groups, and any last minute amendments are posted on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We recommend liking and following our pages and checking them for any last minute amendments.

Type of services available
Community Groups – These are all drop-in groups, running throughout the week at various locations across the city. Please see the interactive map to find your closest group.
Online support – If you would like to have some 1:1 support via Zoom from a trained Breastfeeding Network peer support volunteer please email Bfnsouthcoast@breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk with the first part of your postcode and a brief outline of you questions or concerns. One of the team will be in contact within 48 hours (please check your spam mail folder).
Wednesday Online 1:1 Breastfeeding Support (term time)
Two 30 min slots available weekly, please book your slot using the link below. Book by 5pm on Tuesday.
