Cymorth Bwydo ar y Fron yng Nghaerdydd a’r Fro

Ydych chi’n chwilio am gymorth bwydo ar y fron neu efalle ond angen sgwrs â mam arall am fwydo ar y fron?

Mae’r Rhwydwaith Bwydo ar y Fron wedi hyfforddi gwirfoddolwyr cymorth gan gyfoedion yn eich ardal leol. Mae pob un o’n grwpiau yn hollol rad ac am ddim ac yn agored i famau sy’n bwydo ar y fron a’u rhwydweithiau cymorth (ac, wrth gwrs, eu rhai bach!).

Mae ein grwpiau galw fewn bwydo ar y fron yn cael eu rhedeg gan wirfoddolwyr hyfforddedig ac yn cael eu cynnal mewn lleoliadau ar draws ardal Caerdydd:

Breastfeeding Support in Cardiff & Vale

Are you looking for breastfeeding support or just want to chat to another mum about breastfeeding?

The Breastfeeding Network has trained peer support volunteers in your local area. All of our groups are completely free and open to breastfeeding mums and their support networks (and, of course, their little ones!).

Our breastfeeding drop in groups are run by fully trained volunteers and take place at locations across the Cardiff area:

Monday

Dinas Powys Library & Activity Centre, Fairoaks, The Murch Cardiff CF64 4QU

Drop in group (no appointment required)

10am-12pm (Excluding bank holidays)

Wednesday

Penarth Baby Latte (Peer supporter led) from 10am

(please check their Facebook page for volunteer)

Thursday

Busy Bees Stay and Play and Breastfeeding Peer Support Group

The Beacon Centre St Mellons Cardiff CF3 0PJ

9.30-11am (Term time only)
