PEER SUPPORT SERVICE

Brent

Looking for breastfeeding support or just want to chat to another mum about breastfeeding?

We are commissioned in Brent to train volunteers and offer infant feeding support in the community.

Type of services available

We have weekly support groups running both face-to-face and online.

For more information please follow and like our local Facebook page: Breastfeeding Network Brent. You can use this to see when our groups are running and to be put in touch with our trained volunteers for support, or just to chat to other mums attending our groups.

Please be aware that messages will be handled by a small team of volunteers and may be seen by more than one volunteer. If you contact us by messenger, please send just a brief outline of your question or concern initially so we can support you in the most appropriate way

Northwick Park Hospital

We also have peer supporters at Northwick Park Hospital with training funding by the hospital – look out for us with purple t-shirts.

For further information and support please contact: londonservices@breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk

You can also contact the National Breastfeeding Helpline 24 hours a day, every day of the year on 0300 100 0212 or message them on Facebook or Instagram.
