Job Title: Community Peer Supporter (Girvan)
Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours of Work: 3 per week
Working Pattern: 3 hours per week. Time and day of the week to be agreed but hours will need to be worked between 10am-3pm to cover a weekly peer support group

Job Information: The Breastfeeding Network have received funding to train 12 new volunteers and set up a new peer support group for parents in Girvan. This role will involve working with the Ayrshire Service Manager to identify an appropriate venue for the new group, getting the group set up and then working alongside new BfN volunteers to run the group each week. It will also involve developing relationships with local organisations and families to help increase awareness of this new local support.
