Job information: We are looking for a supervisor to provide support to staff and volunteers in Dorset. We are a large project, covering the whole of Dorset and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, including both a community and a hospital support offer. The successful candidate will offer one online supervision session per month, plus an additional supervision session each quarter to focus on a specific ongoing learning topic, as well as 1:1s or small group sessions for hospital peer supporters and ad-hoc 1:1s as requested.
