Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator (Pan Projects – London)

Salary: £14.82 per hour

Number of Posts: 1 or 2

Type of Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2026, and then a reduction to 15 hours until 30/06/2026.

Start Date: November 2025

Hours of Work: 30 per week until 31/03/2026 and then 15 hours until 30/06/2026

Working Pattern: To be discussed with Manager

Work Location: London-wide area, Southwark, Home

Responsible to: Service Manager

Closing Date: 04/11/2025

Proposed Interview Date: Thursday 6th November and Friday 7th November

Job Information: We are recruiting to an exciting new role that works across our London services to support a London-wide BfN volunteer peer support service. The postholder will be recruited to 30 hours per week until 31st March 2026. From 1st April hours will be reduced to 16 per week until 30th June 2026 as this is funded by current contracts. BfN seek to continue the role and hours as initially recruited. We are looking for someone who is passionate about volunteer support and can work in partnership with our teams to help create a new vision for BfN London.
