Job Title: Peer Supporter
Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours of Work: 16 hours per week
Working Pattern: Some flexibility through the week but groups cover as below;
Randlay – Tuesday 10-12
Newport – Wednesday 10-12
Woodside – Thursdays 9:30-12 (term time only)
Hospital ward and Health Visiting clinics throughout the month as agreed.
Work Location: Community locations throughout Telford & Wrekin and Princess Royal Hospital
Responsible to: Service Manager
Closing Date: Tuesday the 13th of October 2026 at midnight
Proposed Interview Date: w/c Monday 19th October
Job Information: We are looking for a peer supporter to join our team supporting families. The role is split between community and hospital supporting, 3 key community groups and supporting on the postnatal ward. Options for supporting on the neonatal and antenatal wards are not a requirement for the role but can be discussed.
