Job Title: Peer Supporter
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Number of Posts: 2 – 4 posts
Type of Contract: Fixed Term until July 2025
Start Date: July or September 2024
Hours of Work: 6 – 10 per week
Work Pattern: Flexible, set shifts can be agreed. Service supports across 7 day per week, 8:30am-9pm. Please indicate preferred start date (July or September) and preferred work days and hours within application.
Work Location: Princess Royal Hospital, Telford
Responsible to: Service Manager

Job Information: We are looking to recruit 2-4 Peer Supporters to support families on their feeding journey whilst at Telford Hospital, including whilst on the postnatal ward, antenatal ward, delivery suite, neonatal and paediatric units. Working closely with the BfN Service Manager and other local partners this is an exciting opportunity to develop our in hospital service
