Work Location: Community-based in the London Borough of Lambeth, with some work from home; flexibility to travel across borough is essential.

Job Information: BfN has been commissioned by Lambeth Council to provide breastfeeding peer support to Lambeth families. The post holder will be part of an established Peer Support Team and will work alongside Health Professionals across the borough offering Infant Feeding Support to all local families face-to-face, via telephone or video-call, in group settings or on a 1:1 basis. The post holder will also liaise with and signpost parents to Family Hub services and other local early years support.
