Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: £17.21 per hour

Number of Posts: 1

Type of Contract: Fixed Term – Annualised until 31/03/2026

Start Date: 01/01/2026

Hours of Work: 20 hours for duration of contract (annualised)

Working Pattern: Two online supervisions per month plus prep, follow up, 1:1’s and re-registration of volunteers.

Work Location: Remote

Responsible to: Deputy Programme Manager

Closing Date: 16/12/2025

Proposed Interview Date: 18/12/2025 online

Job Information: We are looking for a Supervisor to support our volunteers within the Reading project. Supervisions will be run online twice a month, one in the daytime and one in the evening. The Supervisor would provide 1:1’s when needed and ensure volunteers have all mandatory training in place to re-register in March.
