Job Information: We are seeking staff members who would like to undertake OCN’s Inside IQA – The Art of Quality Assurance training, taking place on 26th February and 17th March 2026. BfN will cover the full cost of the course. Successful completion of this course will qualify participants to act as BfN’s Lead Internal Moderator and Quality Assurance Officer (LIMQAO). Increasing the number of staff trained for this essential role will strengthen our internal moderation capacity and ensure our permanent LIMQAO has appropriate support and cover.

The course is delivered over two half‑day sessions, with additional one‑to‑one tutor support available while completing the assessment workbook. The training is fully accredited, and participants will receive certification upon successful completion of the workbook.

More information is available here: Inside IQA – The Art of Quality Assurance – OCN London.

We are particularly interested in hearing from Tutors who, after completing the course, would be willing and available to provide ad‑hoc support and cover for the permanent LIMQAO. Support needs will vary, but we anticipate that over the next three months this will amount to approximately 2 hours per week. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with either Esther Pierce or Helen Wilton.
