Assignments to be completed by: 11th January 2026

Course venue: Online Via Zoom for all but 1 session, which will be face-to-face in a local family hub or venue in Stoke. Location and date/times TBC once course has commenced.

Closing date for applications: 1st September 2026

Proposed interview date (if applicable): Group Interviews commencing from W/B 7th September 2026

DBS/PVG required: Yes (BfN will arrange this at no cost to volunteers)

Course information: We ask that all our trainee volunteers are able to commit to volunteering at one of our 4 weekly groups across Stoke on Trent or Virtual video groups following completion of the course.

Applicants will be asked to indicate which area(s) they can volunteer in. These include:
Bentilee Family Hubs
Chell Heath Family Hub
Shelton Family Hub
Normacot Family Hub
Virtual/video groups
