Job Title: NBH @ Night Helpline Shift Leader

Salary: Night time Rate: £16.91 per hour

Day Time Rate: £13.59, Day Time Rate (If Based in Inner London) – £14.82 per hour

Number of Posts: 6-8

Type of Contract: Fixed Term until 31/03/2026

Start Date: 01/06/2025

Hours of Work: 12.5 Night hours per week & 6 Day hours per month

Working Pattern: 2 – 4 x 6.25 hour shifts (21:25-03:40 or 03:30-09:45) per week, to include one weekend shift (Fri/Sat/Sun night). 6 hours daytime per month, variable, may include meetings/supervision in evenings

Work Location: Remote

Responsible to: NBH @ Night Service Manager

Closing Date: 15/04/2025

Proposed Interview Date: Teams – 23rd April

Job Information: NBH@Night is moving into its second year after a successful pilot year. We are expanding and developing the service with the introduction of a new Shift Leader role. We are looking for Shift leaders who will support callers on the National Breastfeeding Helpline and facilitate a smooth running service by supporting team members through the night.
