Course Title: Helpers (Ayrshire)

Course start date: 28/08/2023

Course end date: 30/10/2023

Day and time of sessions: Mondays (morning) as below:

  • 28/08/2023 – 9.30am-12.30pm (Zoom)
  • 04/09/2023 – 10am-12noon (PVG Session at Redburn Community centre)
  • 11/09/2023, 25/09/2023, 02/10/2023, 09/10/2023, 16/10/2023, 23/10/2023 – 10am-12noon (Zoom)
  • 30/10/2023 – 10am-12noon (In-person submission and tidy up day, location tbc)

Assignments to be completed by: 03/11/2023

Course venue: Online (Zoom) with in person sessions as noted above

Closing date for applications: 08/08/2023

Proposed interview date (if applicable): 16/08/2023 7-8pm via Zoom

PVG required: Yes (BfN will arrange this at no cost to volunteers)

Course information:
BfN is recruiting 12 new helpers to join our team of volunteers to support the running of breastfeeding peer support groups across Ayrshire. This course is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund that supports our Tea & Tots groups. Course is open to all Ayrshire and Arran residents with priority given to those available to volunteer at Tea and Tots group within North Ayrshire.
